Dr. Ahlberg received his medical degree from Loma Linda School of Medicine in California while completing his residency at East Carolina University in Greenville North Carolina. He is licensed by the NC Medical Board for the practice of general Psychiatry and is available for the consultation and treatment of adults and children of all ages. In addition to general Psychiatry, Dr. Ahlberg is Board Certified by the American Board of Addiction Medicine and is a fellow with the American Society of Addiction Medicine. Dr. Ahlberg provides outpatient behavioral health treatment services at the offices at JCMC, and also travels to communities in Eastern North Carolina where he provides treatment for underserved populations. Further, Dr. Ahlberg is also licensed to practice medicine in the states of Florida and California while also engaging in the practice of Tele-Psychiatry to help ensure that his patients can continue to receive care from him even if relocated to one of these areas. Dr. Ahlberg enjoys his work as a medical doctor. Comprehensive quality medical care is of the utmost importance therefore Dr. Ahlberg works closely with all the providers at JCMC, Naval Hospital, Camp Lejeune, area hospitals and community providers for enhanced services.
Dr. Arnold Olegario is a Board Certified Pediatrician with over 35 years of pediatric experience. He completed his Bachelor of Science in Medical Technology at Silliman University in Dumaguete City, Philippines and then earned his Medical Degree at Cebu Institute of Medicine in Cebu City, Philippines. He completed his post graduate internship at Silliman University Medical Center located in Dumaguet City, Philippines. Dr. Olegario completed his pediatric residency at the King’s County Hospital Center located in Brooklyn, New York. Dr. Olegario has been affiliated with the Arden Hill Hospital (Orange Regional Medical Center located in Goshen, New York and Saint Anthony Community Hospital located in Warwick, New York. He is certified by the American Board of Pediatrics and currently serves as the Chairman for the Department of Pediatrics for the Onslow Memorial Hospital located in Jacksonville, North Carolina.
Debra Livingston-Green is a Psychiatric Mental Health Nurse Practitioner and is board certified through the American Nurses Credentialing Center (ANCC). Originally from Asheville, NC, she graduated from the University of California San Fransisco, and returned to NC to work. She is a member of the American Psychiatric Nurses Association as well as being a member of Sigma Theta Tau International Honor Society of Nursing.
Debra has been a registered nurse for many years and has worked in various areas including Surgical/Trauma ICU, the Emergency Department and recovery room. She also has an interest in therapeutic humor, has been a member of the American Association of Therapeutic Humor. She has given workshops on the healing effects of humor and assisted in developing a humor cart for hospitalized patients.
Believing that Mental Health and the physical body are closely connected she returned to school a few years ago to obtain her Masters in Nursing with a specialty as a nurse practitioner in psychiatry and mental health. She did internships at the VA Medical Center in San Francisco and in other acute care setting. Her interests include the treatment of PTSD, ADHD, Bipolar Disorder, Schizophrenia, Anxiety and Depression. For recreation she enjoys kayaking, paddle boarding, bicycling, writing and likes spending time with her dogs.
